Contact The Box Office
The Box Office does not have regularly scheduled hours open to the public. Our staff and volunteers will be happy to respond to your inquiries by email and phone.
If you leave a voice message, your call will be returned. Patrons must use a credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover) as payment over the phone.
Purchased tickets are included as a PDF on your Purple Pass email receipt. City Theater will accept either your Purple Pass email receipt or the PDF ticket attachment as proof of purchase and seat assignment. For those unable to provide this email or attached PDF, a list of all orders is held at the Will Call table in the lobby before each performance.
Accessibility
We have several options for seating on the orchestra level. The balcony is not wheelchair accessible.
There are two flights of stairs at the Main Street theater entrance to the lobby. Patrons who are unable to climb stairs, or prefer not to, are welcome to use the rear ramp entrance in the City Hall parking lot. The ramp entrance is located by the stage door. Ushers will be inside to assist you.
Handicap parking is available behind the theater in the City Hall parking lot. If you are arriving by the North-bound directions, take the right immediately after the City Hall building and a sharp right into the parking lot. If you are arriving by the South-bound directions, take the left immediately before the City Hall building and a sharp right into the parking lot.
If you have any questions about accessibility, please contact us via email at [email protected] or call us at 207-282-0849
City Theater Ticketing Information and Policy
Before You Buy:
Please note that our online ticketing system does not work for all tablets and cell phones. If you have any issues or errors while purchasing tickets online, please call the City Theater Box Office.
General Notice
The Biddeford City Theater Box Office is the only authorized ticket seller for Biddeford City Theater shows, events, and performances.
We urge you to only purchase tickets from the Biddeford City Theater Box Office and be certain that you are purchasing tickets directly from City Theater when you do.
When you buy tickets from City Theater, we ensure that patrons will receive the lowest prices, any possible discounts, and the most current information.
Ticket Policy
Each ticket purchased is a revocable license to attend a specific performance at City Theater. By your ticket purchase, you agree not to resell any ticket purchased from City Theater. Patrons who violate this policy may be subject to the revocation of their tickets.
In its sole discretion, Biddeford City Theater reserves the right to revoke tickets purchased with the intent for resale. We reserve the right to change the ticket delivery method to Will Call at any time. If there is a question about a resold ticket that violates this policy, ticket holders may be required to produce a government-issued photo ID matching the name on their tickets and/or the credit card used to purchase the tickets.
Third-Party Resellers
Biddeford City Theater is not affiliated with nor authorizes the sale of tickets through any secondary ticket websites, third-party resellers, or ticket brokers. When purchasing through resellers, you may pay more than face value, may not receive any applicable discounts, tickets may not be valid, and City Theater will not guarantee entry into the event.
Tickets on third-party websites are often listed for sale even though there are no tickets to sell, as many resellers who claim to have tickets before they go on sale do not have actual tickets in hand.
